Timber Pest Inspections (Termites) for Home Owners & Rental Properties and Pre-Purchasers & Vendors are all carried out in accordance with Australian Standard 4349.3-2010.

Any suspect areas of high moisture are checked for Termite Activity with a Termatrac T3i. A more invasive inspection using a Borescope may be required if movement is detected, subject to Owner’s permission.
